The flow of Ki

When the flow and mind are in balance, you don't have to block an attack or move out of the way,

When you spend time working on the healing side, it brings balance to your art,
every coin has two sides,
its no accident that you start to look at anatomy,
and its ironic that most of the striking points are also healing points,
in the healing side you learn to open the other persons energy system,
and allow your energy to flow through them,
then you start to see the possibilities tn the martial application.
when the light bulb comes on everything changes.
then you can only go forwards,

Physical or Passive
 
When you do physical  exercises the body releases chemical's,
 these chemicals are directed to the body parts you have been exercising,
this helps them to become stronger, however,
when you do these passive exercises the energy and chemicals are still released,
 but they are directed to the parts of the body where they are most needed,
you don't have to chose any one exercise system, you can do both,
passive exercises also strengthens the bone,
