This exercise is one of the best for feeling
energy,
use the same stance as before place your hands chest
high,
the hands face each other with the inverted
heart shape.
Feel the energy between them, allow it to push
the hands apart,
then compress it back to the original size.
Allow your hands to move in a circular
motion,
try and keep the same distance between the hands,
then go back to the original position
for a few minutes before pulling the hands back to your centre.
Another thing you can do with
it is to lift it up and bring it down through your head and body and into your centre, if you do natural

Working with the ball
You find out very quickly when doing healing,
working with the ball during treatments is advantageous,
it can be placed inside the patient, and moved around through
blockages,
the possibilities that are open to you are endless,
and the only restraints you have are the ones you place upon
yourself.
